The 2018 MADALAH Ball was held on the 4 August at Crown. With over 700 attendees. The theme for 2018 was Indigenous art and design.
The sole purpose of MADALAH is to provide increased opportunities for young Indigenous people to transform their lives through education and training.
Ten of our Nyamal members suited up and attended the ball. The night commenced with “Welcome to Country” which was performed with a contemporary dance and music which captivated the audience. Well done Jayden Coppin who took part in the peformance.
The menu included great Western Australian produce with Seared Kangaroo, and Wattle seed crusted Crocodile on the menu.
The night was represented by the mining industry and business partners. The auction held on the night raised funds to aid the great ongoing work by MADALAH with items purchased by Rod and Nathan. The attendees celebrated into the night with live music by Little Belle.
